When an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety in our hospital that have not been addressed, we encourage that individual to contact the hospital's management at 315-493-1000 ext. 2318.
If the concerns are not resolved through the hospital, the individual may contact the Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610.
