Financial Counseling
A financial counselor is available to assist patients with insurance information, application for Medicaid or Family Health Plus, and payment arrangements. The financial counselor also obtains pre-certifications for admissions and ambulatory surgical procedures and oversees approval of Charity Care applications at the hospital and dental clinic.
